Interesting story to say the least, but being a gun nut, this one kinda caught my attention...
Article Arturo Sandoval, a spokesman for the Chihuahua Attorney General's office, said a spent 40-mm shell was found near the body — raising the question of whether the fatal shot was fired inside Mexico, although he did not explicitly make that suggestion.

i read this same AP story on CNN or Fox News...possibly both...damn my horrible memory!...anways, they had also mentioned that the amount of people attempting to cross the border had also increased. so it makes sense that more of them would get "killed or wounded".
gotta love responsible news outlets leaving out facts! |
