Does anyone here have some experience transferring land? I have recently purchased some land in Apache Co. and have recieved back from the seller these documents.
Bill of sale
Satisfaction of Mortgage
Current tax documents
Original Purchase Agreement.
The Apache Co. website isn't very specific on what they need to record a deed. I live in the valley, for now, and don't want
to have to make multiple trips up to St. Johns to get this transfer done.
All of these documents have been signed and notarized. I just want to have all my ducks in a row when I go to record this.
Thanks,
KB

I just contacted the county recorders office and they sent me the information, now it was about 7 years ago so the process may have changed since then.
