I want to know if there is a cost besides the cost of the program. |

| Derek at AZ Expert ArmsHe isn't in Tucson (he is in Queen Creek so north Tucson?) but he can set one up for you. Derek just set one up for me $75 all said and done with instructions on exactly what to send in with the paperwork, he is a good guy and answered all of my questions and also told me that if I have any questions at any time I can call him and he will do his best to help me out. I know you want someone in Tucson, you would have to call and ask him but he might be able to do it over the phone and send it to you. His contact info is 480-507-0200 www.azexarms.com . |

Willmaker user here as well. It couldn't be much simpler, I've gotten several items this way. I keep several of the BATFE forms filled out (except for signatures and dates), that way, when I go to buy something, I just have to sign and date after my supplier fills in his info. Saves me a lot of time and writing since I use the forms that you can just fill in on the computer. This is true......I and two other friends are currently having David set up a NFA trust for the three of us together –––– to the tune of $600.00. David is very thorough, and his trusts are set up specifically for the individual / group to pertain directly with NFA law ––- it's not an off-the-shelf, generic trust modified for NFA use. He not only has had ATF look over & approve is trust format, but he also submits your paperwork to a lawyer familiar with firearms laws in your State of residence to overview the final paperwork to make sure it pertains to, and holds up to, any scrutiny within your State. My friends and I felt the $600 was well worth it to have it done this way. There's more to a NFA trust than just bypassing the CLEO sign off, and we wanted to make sure that our families (and the trust's assets of course) were protected as well as the three of us individually. There's way too much at stake to screw around with this..... Just The Bear's 2 cents worth guys. |
