I see a few of the geese flying over head her in Chanlder. Have I missed the boat and shooting some of those beautiful birds? Where is the best place to go?

You might have missed the boat regarding shooting them, but according to some high-ranking folks on ARFCOM, you can still get the most out of the geese with just a dresser drawer and some vasoline.

I love goose. Would take it anyday over chicken or turkey, but nothing compares to a bbq'ed California Condor - yum!
