[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for some help!

I am looking for some help. I am looking for a "conversion" tool. I have a Mac-11 (9mm) with a suppressor. I also have a 9mm upper on my m-16. I have been told that you can get a "converter" that would fit to allow the suppressor to be used on my 16. Has anybody had one of these/heard of these? Where can they be found? Locally? Any help would be great!

Are you looking for muzlle adapter from 1/2"-28 to ??. (whatever the thread size for a 9mm mac )
If so, I may have an old unit laying around that you can have for the cost to mail it to you, I will have to poke around & see if I still have it.

Yes that sounds right. I need a thread adapter. It would be great if you have an extra you could mail to me. I will have to look up the thread size on each and let you know.
