| Where can I legally shoot in the deserts near Surprise. I bought my son a 10/22 today for Christmas and am looking into area's for us to shoot after school and work other than at a range. |

The general safe answer is NOT on any Arizona State Trust Land. They do not allow target shooting. BLM is pretty safe. Just check a map to make sure you are good. Just make sure you are not on private land, city, etc. And no matter where ya go, dont forget to pick up your brass and whats left of your targets. |
