Look at the whole first page of the hometown forum here in the Arizona forum and not one topic about AR-15's. One person needs a gardener, one about gun shops worried about high prices of ammo. What to do in Gilbert, etc..... I thought this message board was about AR15's. Sorry for being rude, but I like to hear stories and competitions about AR-15's. We already have AZfamily and AZcentral for all the other news. |

| Hey dick, i didn't say i didn't like the site. I just would like to see more people talking about guns and especially the AR15, where to shoot, different accessories, etc.... i knew that a bunch of armchair commandos who probably don't even own an AR would comment. Hopefully the rest of the people understand where i'm coming from. |

I kind of think of the HTF as a place to talk about anything around Arizona. If I want to talk optics, I go to the optics forum. If I want to talk about an AZ specific AR stuff, I do that here too. ETA: Here is my AR. The lower is an AZ Armory and the upper is POF built by ILove2Shoot, so that should cover AZ-specific AR discussions...

I just built a dedicated .22 upper, model 1 sales car heavy barrel and spikes tactical bolt. The uppers are not the problem, the 2 month back order on bolts is the problem

See the people like this asshat who takes things personally are the people i was talking about, i didn't want this to become a shit fest, i just thought we should talk more about guns. I do appreciate all the smart asses out there posting pictures and letting me know about their .22lr conversion kits and the 3 guns they have that they'll try and make it to the range and shoot, which Tim hasn't been to a range since the 4th of july match and was too much of a pussy to shoot it, so he kept score. I was mistaken about the home town forum and el_ron is right they do have dedicated forums to talk about optics and other items. I just thought we were getting to be more of a news feed/directory. |
If that's what you want to think. Russell and I talked about it before the match, and because I would have so dominated the competition, we thought that I should just help run the match so as to not win everything.

I think it might die perdy damn soon. Seriously scott, how have you been here since 2003 with almost 600 posts and JUST NOW get surprised at what the topics of conversation are? Thats 5 years of absolute oblivion. Seems you have bigger problems to deal with here than who owns an AR-15. After re-reading my initial post, it seems i were the dick. My intentions weren't to call anybody out or whine about the news/411 info that was posted, i see how i sounded like a prick. I appologize to all that were offended. Weezie, your still my favorite! Russel, your still a robot with no people skills. To the rest of you, i hope to see you at the range sometime while shooting. Maybe i should see a dr. about high blood pressure meds. :) |

Spell checkers are not AR15-standard issue. You have to special order them. If it annoys Gonif - is that a bad thing?  OB AR15 ref: how many magazines should I have per lower? |
