ther is a odd looking pipeline on the west side of I-17 above Black Canyon City ,it is being built up wher I shoot in the desert (Bumble Bee Crown King exit .) anyone know what it is ?

Natural Gas, It is going to loop all the way around Phoenix and hook up to what they are building in Goodyear. I don't know what it is going to feed or if it is just for additional supply up North or what though.

That pipeline comes right through us here in the Prescott area. It is a natural gas line running from Coolidge to Ashfork, it is a big deal here in town because of all the jobs it brought to the area.
