My daughter is about to give birth to a grandson for the wife and I, so,,,,, we are coming up from Yuma when the big day comes and plan on staying in the area for a week. Daughter and son-inlaw live in the Bell Rd. and 35th Ave area. I build ARs and collect Mosin Nagants. Here's the question Who and where can I get the best prices for stripped, top quality lowers and a location on a good selection of Mosin nagant rifles ??

Having a week to spend in the big city will let me go anywhere to buy or inspect. Just needed a few places to start out with so I plan a little, Thanks.

I have heard a shop in the Phx area is selling Cav-Arms lowers with the stocks and parts kits unassembled in attemps to helping them, (Cav-Arms) get back on their feet. I think I read it in one of these forums but I'm not positive. I'd buy them as well as I have heard only good things about their products. Anybody know the company selling them?
