I received my ammo from Aim Surplus yesterday, from the brown truck, for my Front Sight pistol class.

While carrying the boxes in I noticed cartridges dribbling onto the floor!!
I opened one and discovered it had been damaged? in transit and taped shut with clear tape.
Originally, Aim taped them with brown tape.  Pretty obvious what is in the boxes.

Closer examination revealed 2 boxes damaged inside with loose cartridges, and only 18 boxes of 50 in the box.  Actually 17@50 and 1@49 after the loose ones were collected.

I filed a damage report online with UPS and called Aim this morning.  Guess what those people at AIM Surplus are going to do?            Go ahead guess. vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

They are going to send me 2 more boxes of ammo and deal with UPS on their own!!!
Is this any way to conduct a business??  YES!!!
I tell you, some businesses CAN be trusted to stand behind their product.

It still should be here in time for the class, October 5-8, and it is extra for the backup pistol anyway.
Invoice date 9/11.

Seeya in Nevada.

That is absolutely awful that a modern business conduct itself in a honorable manner.  I'd report them.
