Well guys... I almost got my new AR done... so now its time to go find an optic.  Im really interested in the IOR 1.1-4x26 CRT and would really like to take a look at one before shelling out the cash.  Are there any good 'gun stores in Phoenix that are more 'tactical' oriented and may have that optic?  Hell.... if they have that maybe theyll have some others I was considering as well.

Thanks guys!

There are a few you could try, depending on where in the Phoenix area you are. Shooters World/Arizona Tactical might have them (they are near Indian School and 27th Ave). The other you could check out would be The Pistol Parlor in Mesa. They are carrying more and more AR stuff. Also, and only since you are window shopping, you could try Scottsdale Gun Club. Don't know if they carry IOR optics, though. May not be expensive engouh for them.

I thought about cabelas... didnt think they'd carry stuff like that though seeing as theyre mostly geared towords hunting.  Could be worth a shot though

Holy crap!  I just saw that that place has an indoor range and they charge by the HOUR!  I have never been anywhere in my life that charges by the hour!

That seems to be the norm for the indoor ranges in the Phoenix area.  Shooter's World, Scottsdale Gun Club, and Caswell's (I believe) all charge for range time by the hour, unless you are a member.
