Any store in the Phoenix (preferrably north) area have a selection of cross-draw holsters? I went into Scottsdale Gun Club to take a look but, the gunstore commando who was ostensibly supposed to be selling stuff just couldn't get off his harang about how they don't allow cross-draw holsters in the classes they teach at the range. Apparently, the idea of using a gun somewhere other than a range was a little beyond his conceptual ability and experience level. Any suggestions? Thanks. SD |
unless it is for a car or something, I am left handed and always put my gun right by the seatbelt latch when in the car, it is easier to reach than if it were on my left side |

An annoying internet sales place, but I ironically received spam about crossdraw holsters right after reading this thread. www.action-direct.com/model10.html |
Contrary to most all Hollywood westerns, I prefer a cross draw holster when atop a horse. Even when working a rope, I prefer it on the off side. In most sitting situations it is comfortable & accessible.
I don't understand this. Cross draw holsters usually align near the front/offside. I oft times don't see the obvious, could you elaborate some? |
