I don't know the legality of it, but a friend of mine went once.

ETA: I'd like to know to, as it's gonna get mighty hot here pretty soon.

I know we can shoot during the day there and I always pack out what bring plus some.
I was just wanting to do some night shooting.

Yes, I know, but I don't know if there is any rule against night shooting. I wouldn't think there would be one, but you never know. I'll probably start up night shooting once it gets hotter out, I know there was a thread a little while ago about night shooting (or it touched on it) but I don't recall there being any talk about certain places.

This might be a dumb question, but how do you night shoot? How do you see what your shooting at? Truck lights?

Yeah headlights pointing downrange. Someone in that other thread I mentioned said they set up gongs and put some road flares under them, other people have said they use night vision.

Yeah I'd like to soon as well, I'll probably do it once finals are over, my olympic 8mm makes a nice flash.

if i remember my hunter's ed class right, shooting of any sort is verboten between dusk and dawn
