Anyone have either a Spec-Ops Brand MOUT Chest Rig or Specter Gear M-1 Mk-1 (or MK-2) I am thinking about purchasing one of these to go with my Camelbak BFM. Problem is, I would like to try them on with my pack before I buy them to make sure they will work well together. I'm afraid that the chest strap or waste band from my BFM will interfer with the chest harness. If anyone has one (East valley would be nice |
I carry both of these....I have the M1 Mk2 by Specter (the one with the 3 mag pockets and PALS webbing on sides, not BTS webbing). Have that in OD and Coyote. Have the MOUT in Coyote, OD and Black. I am in North Glendale, but won't be available to meet until next week some time. I can be reaches on the phone at 602-402-7385 or email at [email protected] Chest Rigs at Practical Tactical Tim |
Well, to be honest, I like vests over chest rigs. Between the two, the Specter Gear is more comfortable on my, but the MOUT rig is smaller and carries more magazines. We can certainly talk about the differences. Sinistral - I am telling you...bring a third one and I'll fashion a Mega-Mout!!! |
