Okay, I probably violated some obscure rule by using all caps in my title, but it's a small way to show just how damn pleased I am right now! Pics to follow. Details-- 3 bed/2 bath, single story, HOA (doh!), built 1999, gated community thingy, located in Gold Canyon (unincorporated Pinal County). ...yes, AZ_Newguy... I am taking back my title as the Valley's far eastern arfcom outpost.  Anyhow... I will not be renting for much longer..! Mike |

Damm, and congrats. I'm still trying to get ahead financially so I can get into a house. I just started a new job two weeks ago. I know I'll be working sixty hours a week now. My last company I worked for went downhill. Last week of employement, I only worked twenty-four hours. Looking to be in home sweet home in the next sixth months. |

The realtor actually told me that closing is ON 09/13! Go figure-- ban buh-bye day is a doubly solid day for me! House warming party will be soon after--as this is my first house and I don't have a lot of nifty stuff yet, it'll probably be BYOB or something. The monkier... I've been mulling over a few different options-- as well as a paid account. (It'll probably be the last non-food/house related thing I'll be able to afford for a while.) Why-- you got an idea..? It's about an 8-10 min drive from that ren faire (arr! wenches and beer!) and will be only a short way from AZSTAN and my shooting area. I'll be able to get out there a lot quicker and more easily; just won't have as much cash to buy up a nifty MG to join in with the NFA guys. It'll be me and my .22lr can. (snickers) HEY-- I've got a .22 with a can (waiting for the Form 3 to go through) and a .357... Maybe I can be the Arizona Imbrooglio! Subdivision name... You'd have to ask this while I'm at work before 7am. Umm... Yeeah, I'm bright at this (or any?) hour.  I'll get back to ya on that...Mike |
