I understand there are 30 questions on the exam. Does anyone know what they are about? I'm not asking for answers, just a general idea on what type of questions to expect.

I would venture to guess that they are about the use of lethal force.

The CCW here is too easy. You'd have to extremely mentally or physically handicapped to fail.

if you miss a question, you can correct it and still pass.

Its sooooooo easy to get your ccw. All it takes is 16hrs of your time

Get a copy of Alan Korwin's "Arizona gun owners guide". I think a lot of the instructors use that book. Mine asked about places you could and could not carry and situations that warrant the use of deadly force. Don't worry,not a big deal.

Any decent instructor is not going to let you fail the test. Common sense will get you through it. I actually learned alot from the 16 hour course.

Thanks for the replies! I went through the first 8 hours yesterday, the instructor was excellent, and his credentials were long. I did learn alot on law and self dicipline when and if I decide to draw to protect myself. He also went into tactics and different situations that may be encountered. Most of it did seem to be common sense. I hope I never have to use it.

you think the AZ test is easy, when i lived in WA state, the only requirement was than you get finger printed and NOT have a record. that was easy.
