It looks like they have identified the victim. They also reported that the perp ran a red light causing the accident in the first place. What a sad story. I live in North Ridgeville, and the second hand story I heard goes as follows.
Guy was at red light and felt "boxed in", so he runs the light and gets hit by cross traffic. Then goes nuts after car flips several times. It's sad to think maybe his time in the service had him spooked. I don't know the facts, but I feel for guys that have a tough time coming home. Not saying that's the case here, but may be a factor. |
