I normally go 71-US30 east shortest on paper, 70-77 might be quicker depending on what time of day you leave because of construction north of C-Bus |

71 doesn't go through Akron at all.You can take 76 across till it hooks up with 77 but that takes you way out of your way. Try taking 71n out of Columbus till you hit route 30 and take 30 east till it runs into 77 in Canton, that way is faster in my opinion. I know its not direct, I meant 71 to 76 to 77 |

To CAK from Columbus:
I71N I76E I277S (a short leg) I77S Alternate (but longer in time and distance but only by 10 minutes or so.) I71N US30E I77N The first route also runs you by Fin Fur (or whatever!). There is construction in Akron but I think it's more north than you'll run. -- Chuck |
I was just at the airport for a quick FTF Sale with a fellow arfcommer. I was AMAZED at the amount of reloading supplies Fin had. Nobody in Columbus comes close to what they have right now. Ammo out the ass too. If/when things get back to normal, I may just condense my trips to a couple yearly trips up there for supplies

I really need to consider charging my clients a FFF surcharge when I have a gig that takes me anywhere near the Fin.
