Forwarded SB18 to an attorney that is well connected on these issues. He responded back to me that this bill is dead on arrival and that this bill was being introduced as a political stunt so that the sponsors can claim they voted against "asault weapons". ..yep, it's pretty much the leftists following their marching orders from king hussein... basically it's flat out unconstitutional and draconion on it's face, ...to the point of being a joke.. ...which is why i wrote the bill's sponsors to let them know what an embarrassment they are to themselves and their title for attaching their names to it...
