Well after not being around for a few weeks, I stopped in at there store today. And all the FFL firearms and ammo are gone. Only thing left is black powder weapons and reloading supplies ( for the time being).
After talking to Nancy she said they had to plead guilty to the felony charges. And had 5 days to sell or transfer ALL firearms in there name (FFL) And even there own private weapons. And according to the BATF at that time they can go forward selling Black powder weapons and reloading supplies. But time will tell when they go for sentencing in either April or May ( forget when she said). I asked about jail time??? And she just shurged her shoulder. There thinking not, But with the BATF there is no telling. They do know there is going to be a LARGE fine,maybe 30-75-K. So there's your update as of today. And as per the last thread that was locked. Others (FFL shop's) in the area have also been probed by the BATF. And the word on the street is Stockers in next................. |
| Sad news for me, Slugmasters was my go-to shop for new purchases and transfers. I really hope all goes as well as it can for them, they always treated me well. I won't get into anything that caused the other thread to get locked, but I will just say I can't think of any other local shop that will see any business from me. |

Thank you for the update. I have dealt with Nancy since they were on RT534 in Newton Falls. She and her daughter Brenda always treated me well, during the recent primer shortage, they kept me on a list for primers and never gouged on the price, still selling for $29.99-$34.99, unlike other local places.
