**ETA** Actually, I already got an answer in their forums. Thanks!

Alright gents, I posted a thread over in the California hometown forum about this, but I somehow think I won't be getting a reply.

I put up for sale 3 windowed Pmags that I used lightly, and a guy in California wants them.

He says I can legally disassemble them and ship them in parts. I'm a little worried that this is questionably legal.

Do you guys have any experience shipping stuff like that to CA?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

You're in Ohio.  Why are you worried about California?  Ain't your responsibility to even know, let alone reinforce CA laws and regulations.  You can't break California law in Ohio...  It's up to the buyer.

It is legal to ship them to California in pieces, to serve as replacement parts for older magazines, but they must be disassembled.
