Are they legal in Ohio? I will be moving back soon and am glad to see that I will finally be able to own and use a suppressor, but was unable to find anything regarding the legality of AR pistols.
On a side note, I am disappointed to see that any center fire mag over 30 rounds is banned. |

Unless it is used a Dangerous Ordinnace that is registered in accordance witht he national firearms act of 1934, so you can use them (more than 30) in your SBR AR, but to use them in the pistol you would have to add a second grip perpindicular to the bore and register it in the NFA as an AOW to use a magazine that arranged to fire more than 31 shots without reloading.
