Does the Plain Dealer still publish lists of new license holders (online or paper)?

They have in the past. I'm not sure when they last posted the list, I don't read that crappy paper.

BTW - Does anyone know what counties they include in the list they publish? Just Cuyahoga or the surround area as well?

I do not think they have posted a list sense the law was changed.
They did post south of Cuyahoga down to Medina County.
That is why I got mine in Wayen County.
