It appears Ohio recognizes my state's CPL/CCW. But also according to Packing.org it appears the mere possession of a semi-auto handgun (my Kahr or 1911) is illegal in the city of Cincinnati. (a) No person shall sell, deliver, rent, lease, offer, or display for sale, or transfer ownership of, acquire or possess a semiautomatic firearm. Am I reading this Cincinnati law correctly? If CCW is legal in that city, does that mean revolvers are the only legally carried firearm? here Thanks. |
