| Hi, this is Tim Miller. The shoot is still on for Saturday 8/19/06 1p. The specifics are as follows: 22 caliber open site and scope @ 100 ft; $5 entry; $30 winning. Three shots, tightest group closest to the 'X'. after several rounds, distance will increase as well as caliber, i.e. AR15 at 100 yds. 5p free cookout and 6p trap shoot. Well, I came out to see y'all, but most of ya weren't there. A good ol' organized *match* didn't quite come to fruition, but Tim, a few friendly familiar faces, and a bunch of other nice folks I've never met, came for just a regular old "good day at the range" and we all had fun. 'twas a good day to be out. Now, I'm home, drinking beer, cleaning guns, and accidentally melting yet another polycarbonate SL-8 mag with an aerosol gun cleaner. (dammit, I'll learn someday)........
