looked through the stickys and did not see a definitive answer,
Are there any issues with shipping a standard ten rd. saiga mag to Ca. ?

There's no problem at all. 10's are good to go. Thanks for helping Brother Californians out. -W

ETA: The only thing I myself would do, before shipping it, is verify that it holds only 10 of the caliber it is intended for.

Correct. Ten rounds.

Magazines of larger sizes are legal if they're parts. Kits are also now banned but not parts.

Parts are parts.
