In town for a conference...doing my morning run by the SEAL NSW base...very cool!
A little disappointed they don't have a visitor center. Keep up the good fight CA HTF...it's awesome here. |
| TS unfortunately there are a lot of areas that are restricted in the SEAL compound. My brother in law was able to sponsor me to get in when he was doing his BUDS training. Glad to hear that you like Coronado. Not only a beatiful area but also the birth place of naval aviation from what I have been told. If you ave a chance, check out Cabrillo National Monument. You'll have a good view of Coronado island. Beside you can also visit Fort Roscrance National Cementary in the same area. |
