For those in so cal.
What's stopping someone from setting the transponder to "3+ people" and riding around like that and not get charged the fee? |

The lanes are already open.
My company cars have the transponder, but always 2+ people in the car so no problems there. So the cameras takes pictures through the back window and send you a ticket if they onl y see one person? Or does a CHiPie have to be watching somewhere close by? (Just curious, not advocating doing anything naughty) |
