I would say the aquarium, but those bastards worked tirelessly to shut down fishing in as much Ca real Estate as they possibly could. They worked to get jet skis kicked off the water at Mavericks, which was important for surfer safety. So, fuck the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Check if there is any racing going on at Laguna Seca. Or, go hog hunting!! |

Rent some bicycles and ride around the area. It's a great area to be out of doors.
There are some pretty cool beaches over in the Carmel area - regular beaches,... with sand, even. Go to the Aquarium and Cannery Row. Take the Seventeen Mile Drive. Heck, just drive south on Hwy 1 for a while, eat a picnic lunch, then drive back. |
