So I am looking to order this upper for the semi complete lower I have.

The linked setup looks like it would finish my build. My only question is would the seller be able to send it to CA seeing as how the parts kit contains a normal Mag release. Thanks all. |

Just don't install the normal mag release and leave your BulletButton installed, and ensure it works properly.
Constructive possession does not apply to the field of California AWs so receiving/owning that particular separate part is OK if not installed. Bill Wiese San Jose CA |
