[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for a Gunsmith

I live in Yuba City, CA (bout an hour north of Sacramento) and was hoping some of you guys might know of a gunsmith nearby I could use to get some work done on a 1911 I recently inherited. I'm from Virginia originally and the Air Force stationed me out here so I don't really know where to look.

Just as an update to my OP, I am looking for any good gunsmith and I am willing to travel anywhere between Chico and Sacramento.

Gatley Guns in Santa Rosa. googles him. He is pretty busy but responds to emails.

Someone recommended River City Gun Exchange for work on RAWs but I haven't used them.
