Los Angeles, right now.
Looking at the streetlight out my window, the rain is coming in nearly horizontal. The half-finished 2 story house across the street is swaying in the wind. lol this is cool.

And the local water authority who raised the water rates 18% last fall still claims we're in a drought ... and the snow pack is more that double normal up in the California Serrias.
Let's hope that the weather gets better elsewhere - the amount of jealously fed hate for the state lowers when the weather gets better. |
