I hope someone here can point help point me in a good direction: My Dad owns a 100’x100’ parcel in Lockwood Valley (near the Ventura/LA County Line). He bought this in his 20’s and now has retired. He might want to sell the place, but he has no idea how much it is worth, who is a reputable appraiser, etc. Any help in how to find out what the going value would is be appreciated.
