| do it all the time while stream fishing in the forest areas if isolated never a problem.Have even talked to the local sheriff out there actually he came by me to see how i was doing and had .45 in belt holster never asked about it.Guy was very cool too told me about other good fishing spots and good places to shoot at |
And I've bumped into the BLM rangers a dozen times and all but one were eventless. Once I was accidently shooting in an area that had been closed to shooting (no signs and un-announced). There were two of us and one of him. He approached from behind and asked us to set our pistols down. Pretty minor event, most cops are people.
