Arnold is a shoo-in.
McClintock is ahead right now.
Moonbeam looks like he will win.  This really worries me.  Call me paranoid, but he might decide to subpoena all the dealer records to weed out unregistered AWs.
Cig tax and oil tax measures are going down.

Looks like it's business as usual in California, more or less.

I think I will go to bed and read the result tomorrow morning.

ETA: Other than Moonbeam, I think Republican did well in California offices.  Too many bond measures passed for my taste, though.

Just as I thought, I checked the votes by County......

Jerry Brown did well in San Diego, LA, and San Fran areas.

In the rural areas Poochigian kicked his butt.

With any luck, McClintock will be able to keep Brown on a bit of a leash. (Lt Gov outranks AG, right?)

I'm surprised at the proposition results (Except the oil one). Particularly the eminent domain one, which looks like failing.

With any luck, the lawsuit to declare Brown ineligible for the position according to California law will succeed and he will be out of a job and Poochigian will be AG.

No true in terms of ranking. They both are elected positions which mean each report to the voters directly and neither to each other, or one other.

Basically a clean sweep by the dems.

Steve Poizner won because everyone hates Cruz Bustamante.

Steve Poizner (Rep) has won the Insurance Comm.  Other than that, the Dems have pretty swept the exec branch in Calif.

What surprises me, is that the number of the bond measures passed with a pretty substantial margin.  They had indebt Calif is $200+ Billion of debt.  At some point the legislature will have to raise the taxes just to keep up with the interest payments.  Dumb, dumb, dumb, to the saddle the next generations of people with such an enormous debt.

According to these results for U.S. Senate, around 40% of Californians have a clue about Feinstein!

And around 40% of Californians have a clue about Attorney General-elect Brown.

I guess I should be proud to be in a minority.

I fear that AG Brown is really going to bend us over, not only on OLLs, but on any other gun issues he can find.  Arnie's steroids have left him limp and unable to resist the siren song of additional gun legislation.  Gah.
