Ok, this will likely sound silly to many of you, but I just have to know: is it legal to purchase UPPER recievers here in the PRK?? IE: I want to buy a POF upper, but I dont want to break the (stupid friggin liberal-whakadoos) law here... so, theoretically, can I buy them?? |
And there is a limit of one a month, with a waiting period of ten days, the flash suppressor has to be red or green (if purchased in December), and you have to pass a safety test with it. Or you can go to Nevada and buy one at the swap meet. The California border patrol only works Fridays though Monday so sneak back on Tuesday or so and you'll be golden. Technically the upper is only a gun part so they're perfectly legal. |
