Hey have any of you had issues with JT uppers and their lower kits? I bought my FAB10 lower last week and now looking to order the lower parts kit and upper.  Also with being in PRK can we order preban uppers now or are we still stuck with the post ban products?

Pre-ban, post-ban is completely meaningless in all 50 states.

With your Fab-10, since it is not a centerfire semi-auto with a detachable magazine, you can have all the evil features you want, except a grenade launcher, which is banned separately in California.

I thought that flash hiders were still illegal in PRK?

They're illegal if you have it on a semiauto WITH detachable magazine. The fact that the FAG-10 does NOT have a detachable magazine means that it will never qualify as an assault weapon.
