After 33 years of federal service ( non LE ) I retired today . Turned in my keys and ID/access card, shook some hands at the end of the awards ceremony and then out the door I went .
Felt kind of strange walking to my car for the last time but it was time . Now I just want to kick back and enjoy life .
Just wanted to share .

Good for you. I bailed out last year. The thought of going back has crossed my mind.
