Reality is that the land seizure issues will have to be resolved before full relations between Cuba and the US. How it is done and who pays who will be the hard points. I suspect we and Cuba will agree on some form or another. Just too much business is lost between both countries to continue on the old course of business. Examples are the Funjul Faimly and their sugar impire. Word is they want back in Cuba and are willing to spend the millions needed to restart sugar growing and refining. |
