When I went out this morning to put up the flag (well after sunrise) there were no other flags out. About two hours later I went out to mow the lawn and one neighbor across the street had put one up. It's now almost 12:25 and I saw only two other flags out down two of the side streets on the way out of the subdivision.

I need to buy a new one. I've gone through quite a few flags in the time I've lived in my current home. Sun wears them out and the latest one ripped so it came down, was folded, and dropped off at the American Legion.
I've been meaning to buy a new one for awhile. I did have a few neighbors start flying flags after I bought that one. One neighbor came over asking where I purchased it and how I affixed it to the house. |
