I admit I am lazy for asking this. But my knee is still recovering and the wife and I are managing a 3 YO and a newborn so throw me a bone. The old man is a NY resident and wants to see about getting a CCW as he is spending a couple months with us here is SWFL. I know he should move, I know he is behind enemy lines, he is pot invested and too old to move.
Can he get one here? Better in other states like AZ? Thanks as always. |
