So whats the deal, are all the bays "closed" or whats going on now?

any areas, such as Biscayne Bay, and Florida Bay, that are "National Parks", are closed. Thanks Mr. petty, and mean spirited President.

Just saw on CBS Miami that the Columbus day regatta will not be shutdown in biscayne national park, however the park is still closed

Sounds like they know they are WAYYYYYYY out numbered and would have no control of the situation.
