At least they'll run the last of the snowbirds out.

I've killed a few thousand so far, but none of the big thick swarms yet for me.  Have seen some cars completely covered so they're certainly here.

I think Labelle is the capital of Love Bugs.
Got up that way once and decided I needed to stop at the gas station
and use their water and squeegee.

Damn water hadn't been cleaned for a month.
That was the nastiest smear job in living history.

Took their towels and just kept spraying the windshield wiper fluid and cleaning
until the windshield got usable.

Love to take the Devil's Garden Road.

I might have ran over one cute couple, this morning while backing off my driveway. The male is gone. I think the female will be OK. Only one of her wings is broken, and her left leg seems to have a few bruises but that is about it.
I felt horrible all day long.
Tomorrow I am going to chase them away before I back up. I can't handle the trauma two days in a row.
