| I'm thinking of buying a handgun from a friend of mine in New Mexico and I was wondering what the cheapest way to ship it would be. Would it have to be shipped overnight by UPS or Fedex, is 2nd Day Air an option? Could having him ship it from an FFL to mine save money? |

a handgun needs to be shipped via fedex or ups if you don't have an ffl
they have policies that require them to go overnight and usually the most expensive overnight option an ffl can use USPS and ship priority mail, so if your buddy can find one that does cheap transfers plus uses USPS, you can save some money |
