The US Cold Storage warehouse on US 90 by the airport?
The gun range is right behind there.
eta: Take McCloskey Ave north til you hit Forest Road 278, take a left. It's a little long and has a ton of potholes, but you'll see the range on the right after some twists and turns. If you miss it, Lord help ya, cause it's clear as day and unmistakable. The other route with less potholes would be take US 90 west. At the next big intersection near the gas station and Blue Roof Grill, take a right. Go over the railroad tracks, take your next immediate right, go down towards the lake til you damn near almost plunge in, take a left on NE Range road til you hit FR 278 on your right. Range will be on your left. On the weekends they try to sell hotdogs and drinks there, generally it's a good time. If they've got the volunteer range safety officer there they also have some excess ammunition on hand. He's a tall white guy, a little on the thin side, wears glasses and has graying hair. He's pretty decent. Usually walks around collecting brass casings on the grounds. I wish I could remember his name.... Ask him for a price list and you can get some reloads there for cheaper than what you'd find at Walmart. They don't allow shotguns but for pistols and a 200 yard range for free it's not half bad. If you can get there on a rainy day you'll have it all to yourself; no worries, the shooting stalls are covered. It'll be muddy as sin and you'll want boots or flip flops for getting your targets setup. Highly recommend some staple guns on hand or some thumb tacks. Oh, and don't shoot at their 2x4 posts holding up the targets. You'll get your ass handed to you.
Enjoy
