2K rounds estimate:

$139.99 (8lbs) powder.  You will have left over depending on your charge.
$26.95 x 2 wolf primers
$56.00 SS109 Mil. Spec 62 gr FMJSCBT w/c (500)
$110.00 x  Montana gold 55 gr  (1000)
$129.50 55 gr tracer (1000)

You do the rest of the math + shipping and hazmat,  unless you are getting powder and primer locally then you don't have to pay the hazmat fee:D

Well I used Hitech's WC846 powder $85 per 8 jug, free hazmat with 32lbs.

24.4 grs x 2500rds is 61,000grs / 7,000 = 8.72lbs.

$92.65 in powder

Windeners had wolf primers on sale for $18-19k last year + shipping and hazmat they were 2.1 cents each.

So 2.1 x 2500 = $52.50 in primers

Hitech again for the SS109s they were 7.5 cents each shipped

Same again for the MGold I bought 2 years ago, damn they want up!!!

$150 for the pictuered ammo $45 for the Tracers bought on the EE.

So $195 for the bullets

Free brass, free clips, $6 for the fat can.

so $340.15 for 2,500 rds. Or 13.6 cents each

You?

Yes.

Holloway in Post SHTF would be awesome. We would be the only one with a used motor oil to fuel refinery in the back yard.

Reef's home ammo factory is awesome.

When was the last time you bought .223 (or any other ammo for that matter)?

It's probably a safe bet to say that the fire dept is going to call "controlled burn" if your place goes up, god forbid.

I do load .45 but I can't buy the same bullets that is used in the Winchester ammo.  The +P nickel brass is hard to come by too.  I don't shoot enough 9MM to make it wourth  converting one of the S1050 over for it.  I only have two guns in 9MM a Glock 34 and an UZI .  I have never shot the UZI

ETA I forgot about the Luger that would make 3 but I have never shot the LUGER either  My FIL left it to me when he died
