Hey all! Sorry if this has already been addressed, but when is FDCC going to be in December? The 26th? I'm graduating from Army AIT on Nov 24th so I'll be around for FDCC in December with a new toy

I'm interested too. I'm trying to save up for a S&W 642 so I don't think the match this month will be a go for me, plus it's on the one-year anniversary of me getting shot so I don't think my parents would be too terribly happy if I went somewhere with dozens of people with guns on that day. Even though I'm 21 I think I'll just abide by their wishes (however paranoid they are) and spend time with my mom at the beach instead.

It would be on the 26th. No one has talked about changing the date even though it is the day after Christmas, and we had never changed it in the past. That's kind of FDCC style, we shoot, no matter what.
Once about 6 years ago we shot in the middle of a hurricane. And it was awesome. |

No better training for the SHTF than to be shooting during a hurricane.

At the November match, someone (I forgot who) asked me if we can hold some kind of swap meet at this month's match. We don't expect too many shooters, so I say let's go for it! Bring all your unwanted gear or even unwanted Christmas presents and trade for something you really want!

Hello All,
I suggested the swap meet. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend due to a last minute out of town Christmas trip. I still think it's a good Idea, especially if you good new gear for Christmas.
