I was reading in another post about someone who just moved to S. Fl, and was looking for a place to shoot. I see someone (I don't remember who posted) to check out Florida Firearms Training. I was just looking over their sight, and they look right up my alley.
Has anyone here taken their Long Gun course? I think it would be very cool to shoot at some reactive targets at distance. I recently finished putting together my carbine, and have only had the chance to shoot it at paper targets at 100ft. I think this would be great to teach the wife how to shoot a long gun in a proper rifle range setting. Any input, abuse or ridicule is greatly appreciated. Ron ...Semper Fidelis... |

I have never heard a bad thing said about those classes.
I consider Will to be a close, personal friend. He's an excellent instructor. I've taken all of his handgun classes, though I haven't had time for the rifle classes. I also work with him, just so you know. I don't work for FFT, I work for the range where he's the head of instructors. Use the contact form on the website. Tell him what you know and what you want to learn, and he'll work with you. |
