| Looks like fun times as always..Do you think it may be possible to get a shot of the COF and then maybe a brief discription including number of rounds per target on the next FDCC match? Obviously the 10th anniversary one may be a bit much but, I was thinking future ones afterwards..Just throwing it out there for those who cant make it sometimes to see what they may have missed.. |
| Just curious. Why were some of the shooters using a canted-gun stance at the forward barricade position when it didn't seem necessary? They weren't shooting through a narrow port that required taking offset into account, they weren't lay-down prone, nor were they going to an offset red-dot. Not all were doing it so I assume it wasn't a course of fire requirement. |

Shooting that way presents a smaller profile of yourself to your target and provides more cover. In this COF there was a penalty for shooting the barricade. They were using that stance to prevent any height over bore issues. It wasn't a requirement to shoot it that way, but those who did definitely did not shoot the barricade. |

Several shooters shot right through the barricade because only their sights cleared the low cover. SBU allows you to stay low and puts your line of sight in line (although offset to the side) as your bore. |

Judging from the pictures I couldn't tell if there were any obstructions down range that required the use of the SBU position. Was there really a need to shoot that way during the COF or were shooters told that it was part of the COF and if not utilized were penalized? |

Like a no shoot target or something that made shooting SBU the best option.. |

SBU for all you ganstas http://i716.photobucket.com/albums/ww166/atacorion/FDCC219-vi.jpg Oh and thats Man Calibre Big Bore awesomeness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The picture looks sweet, but if you're going to use it for what it was intended then you would want to be lower (closer to cover). The guy in this picture accomplished nothing by using it so high off the cover, could have shot normal position. |
