Going to be visiting St. Augustine this weekend with my wife. I haven't been there since I was a kid. Besides the fort, anything I should put on the must see or do list?

Thanks.

They have a good ghost tour too, you drive around St. Augustine and they tell you all the Ghost stories, then go back to the Ripley house and hear the stories of that location...

The oldest street in America is a good walk, has the fun stuff like the oldest school house in America, etc.

For food.. As stated above, check out Caps and also the Conch House. Both on the water and pretty good food and drink. I go about every weekend via sea-doo.

The old jail is pretty cool.

The trolley tours are good.  You get off where you want and catch a ride to the next stop.  Saves driving/parking.

Thanks a lot. We'll check those places out.

I liked the tram tour  they cram a lot of history into a 20 minute drive and you can hop off and see St George st and hop back on a different one (same company/color) later.
sit at the edge so you can look up at the architecture. Flagler was the man! he built railroads, hotels and schools.

you can get your tram/tour tickets at the hotel usually and be picked up by a free shuttle bus ( the hotels on A1A anyway) so,  no parking worries if you work it right.

DON'T miss the chocolate factory on St George St!! Also... depending on your budget, The Rain Tree has some of the best fillets in town with cracked peppercorns.... There's a place in Anastasia Beach (Where I think you can still drive on the beach) called The Oasis... superb burgers and seafood; and live bands. Suddenly I'm hungry!

Also... there's the St Augustine Alligator farm that's kinda cool!

the living muesem/re-enactor deal down from the mill top is pretty good for the $ if your into that kinda thing
plus they give you a coupon for  1/2 cost ber/wine at thier little tavern
the sangria was pretty damn good LOL. The blacksmith is an odd fellow, decent guy, but just odd. lol

there is also a second fort south of the inlet. But for the life of me can not recall what it is named or called. I know you take a ferry over to it, becuase it sits on a small island in the middle of the ICW.
